It felt way too crowded. They really should’ve limited the group size because it was hard to enjoy anything with that many people packed together...

I only looked through the educational info, so I can’t really speak to the full service. For me, it felt a little thin and I wasn’t totally sure I’d trust it for learning anything super useful. That said, it might be fine for a quick overview or for someone just browsing.

I visited Gorge Underground and really liked the lighting down there. It had a calm, almost peaceful feel to it, and it was bright enough to enjoy the rock walls and water without feeling harsh or overdone.
The only thing I wish was better was the instructions before and during the visit. A few things could’ve been explained more clearly, and some areas were a little too dark for good photos. Still, I had a good time overall and would probably go again

The underground part has such a different vibe from a normal tour, kinda quiet, a little weird in a good way, and really memorable. The staff were easygoing, and everything felt safe without feeling boring or too controlled. I’d definitely tell anyone who’s nearby to try it at least once.

I just expected a little more for the price, silly me, thinking paying more might mean getting more. It felt kind of short for what we paid. Not bad at all, but I’d probably only do it again if there was a discount involved

Booking online was simple enough, but the check-in process ended up taking longer than I expected. The staff were fine and polite, just seemed a little unorganized. My main gripe was the reminders before the appointment, they felt aggressive, like I kept getting nudged over and over even though I’d already confirmed. Overall, not terrible, but it could’ve been smoother.

From what I remember, parking was easy and hassle-free. The toilets weren’t spotless, but they were clean enough and did the job.

The boat tour was cool and the gorge itself looked amazing. Booking through gorgeunderground was simple enough, but I did get annoyed with the repeated verification stuff — it felt like I had to prove I was a real person one too many times just to get everything done. Once we were there, the guide was friendly, but they were kind of hard to hear at certain points. The whole tour also felt a little rushed, and I wish we had more time to just take it all in and get some decent photos. Overall, it was fine and definitely something different to do, but for the price, I wouldn’t say it was amazing. Not bad, just not quite what I hoped for

I went on this kayaking trip thinking it would be a fun, easy day out, but it was kind of a mess. The staff seem like they was rushing around the whole time, and nobody really gave us much guidance before we got on the water. The gear was worn too, which didn’t make me feel great. For what it cost, I really don’t think it was worth it.

We went after some rain, so the water was cold and a little murky. The trip itself was still neat and definitely had some good moments, but the wind made the waiting around kind of miserable. Afterward, I felt rushed trying to get dry and move along, almost like I was just a ticket number they needed to push through. The staff were fine overall, I just wish the website had given a clearer heads up about the conditions that day. For me, it was a 3-star experience.

Not gonna lie, trying to reschedule was frustrating. Something came up and I asked if I could move my booking, but the whole process felt way stricter than I expected. I didn’t really feel like there was much help or understanding. It might be fine if your plans are 100% set, but for me it ended up being a rough experience...

I mean, I knew it was going to be cool underground, but I guess I didn’t realize how cold it would actually feel. After a little while I was just freezing, and it was hard to really settle in or enjoy the visit.

Maybe other people wouldn’t mind it as much, I don’t know. I just wish there had been a clearer warning about how chilly it gets. I ended up leaving early, i’m not sure I’d go back.

The staff didn’t come across very friendly when I visited. Most of the replies I got were short, and it felt like I was bothering them just by asking basic questions. When I reached out for support, I got the impression they were putting the blame on me instead of trying to help. Maybe it was just an off day, but it left a bad impression.

They sent clear messages before we arrived, which made the trip feel easy and low-stress. I appreciated having the info ahead of time, though it was all straightforward and nothing especially stood out.

The cave itself was really beautiful and easy to walk through, so I did enjoy seeing it. But i blame the tour setup a bit because it felt like we were being hurried along the whole time. For the price, I expected a little more time to actually stop, look around, and enjoy it...

From the beginning he seemed annoyed, then every now and then he’d be okay for a second, but most of the time he walked way too fast and mumbled through the explanations. When people asked questions, he gave these super short answers like we were interrupting him. It wasn’t a terrible experience, I guess, but it felt rushed and awkward, which was disappointing. I probably wouldn’t book again if it’s the same staff.

The directions got us there without any major stress, but some of the signs near the entrance were easy to miss, which was a little frustrating at first. Once we got inside, the staff were kind and pointed us in the right direction, so that helped a lot. I’d still happily go again...
